Yes. Vanilla ice cream can be added to your party package for an additional fee at Ryan’s Hanover Crossing and Ryan’s Ten Pin Eatery. For all other venues, you can bring your own ice cream. We’ll keep it frozen while your guests enjoy their gaming activities.
You are welcome to bring decorations for your table. Decorations cannot be affixed to any walls or other fixtures in the venues. No glitter, confetti, or pinatas, please.
You can bring your own cake or cupcakes for dessert, but guests are not permitted to bring in other food or drink. If a member of your party has an allergy or dietary restriction, we are happy to work with you on menu substitutions. Please let us know in advance.
The guest count includes all of the guests who will be participating in the package. This includes the food and games (airpark, arcade, bowling or laser tag). The birthday child should be included in this number.
Guests participating in laser tag must be at least 48 inches tall.
Kids age 5 and under, and under 48 inches, must be accompanied by a parent or guardian in the airpark.
They should be included in your paid guest list.
When booking your bowling party please book for the highest number that may attend so that the appropriate number of lanes and adequate space are reserved for you. We can easily take them away but cannot guarantee we will be able to add them if your guest count rises.
Of course! Any parents/guardians who would like to participate in the package offerings should be included in your guest count when booking your party.
Only if they’re part of the paid guest count. But parents, chaperones, and any extra guests are welcome to order food off our regular menu. All of our Ryan’s locations have different food offerings, so please inquire with your party planner.
Parties typically last 1.5 – 2 hours, but you are welcome to enjoy as much time as you’d like in the arcade.
All packages require a non-refundable $100 deposit (VIP $200) upon booking. If you need to cancel, we are happy to help arrange a new date. Please note that gift cards can not be used for a deposit.
