Airpark FAQ

How Can We Help You?

Sessions are one hour, unless otherwise noted.

Any age. Any child who is less than 48 inches tall, or age 5 and younger, is considered a junior. Juniors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian in the airpark. The only exception to this is during Junior Jump sessions.

Cubbies are available for stashing your shoes and belongings.  These do not lock, so we don’t recommend leaving valuable items.

We recommend that guests wear comfortable, stretchy activewear.  Long-sleeved shirts and pants are encouraged to prevent friction burns.  Socks are always required — no bare feet or shoes in the park. Please note that trampoline park socks are not allowed.

We ask if you can manage without them for safety reasons. If you absolutely need them, you can wear them, but please be advised that this is an active park and they could fall off. Wear them at your own risk.
